I think I have found your Panther! I believe it was a huge Panther head, and if so he is located at the corner of US 40 and the road you turn on to go to Cottonwood Heights. That would be just past the pony league field. There is a wooden building and the town stores their mowing equiqment in it. Well, the Panther lives on the front door.
If that is not the right one, then I will just keep looking!
