Hi,
When I did this last year I hooked the shrouds on to loops of rope round the mast beam (mine is a production version with tubular Aluminium mast beams) to prevent side to side movement.
I used halyards to both bows and running back stays to stern quarters to stabilize fore and aft.
However, I had some help lifting the mast - I dropped it on my own with a 4:1 tackle from the spinny halyard to the fore beam, but insufficient angle to get the mast back up solo.
If you derig the boom and use at as a sort of lever from the mast base you may manage, but I would recommend you seek help.

Neil
