Richard, firstly thanks for the newly uploaded videos, enjoyed them very much, especially the one featuring Merlin - Tucanu!

Speaking of Merlin updates, I've noticed that you exchanged at least two formely wood/epoxy beams (as per original design) for metal tubes? I'm wondering, isn't the square wooden beam better in terms of applying all the force into square shaped beam boxes as opposed to round tubes which are in very little contact with the beambox, relatively speaking?? I understand that the tubes are less work/maintance and perhaps even cheaper to get..

Also, I'd like to ask you is it possible to build Merlin as strip plank round bilge hulls (2x ply layers) + ply rest of the decks i.e. as Strider? Is this option in the plans or is this only as custom?

Lastly, why did you delete that nice picture of white Merlin (Sweden?) from the respective design page on your site? There are very few images of these boats available as not many people seem to build these sub 25' open space cats nowadays. If you can beef up in the future the web galleries from your archive this would be great, thanks.
