Hi...I am sorry for your experience. I am not involved in running CVA but I must say, this is a great organization. They do an outstanding job with pick up play and tournaments. I know that what you described happened because they were making every effort to hold the tourney as scheduled. I can understand your frustration but I hope you will give CVA another chance. If this was not your first tournament with CVA then you know that your experience is not the norm. Even so, sorry for what happened and I hope to see you out there this Saturday. The tourney has been re-scheduled until then.
