Hello everyone we hope you are having a good summer. We are going to start pre season training on Wednesday 30th July from 7.30 pm. This will be through August unless notified otherwise. Check your emails and website for any updates.
We will frcus on fitness training. In the new season we will have 5 man scrum and lineouts we will therefore be spending time getting the forwards used to this. To this end we have a Medway first team forward coming along to help us with the forward training. Please try to come along so we can use this expertise effectively.
The club house is open on Wednesday's for Touch Rugby.
