For anyone travelling to Sidcup RFC on Sun 17th Feb...
The A2 will be shut at Cobham...extract (below) from the Highways Agency website newsroom.
Drivers are being advised to allow extra time for their journeys when the A2 near Cobham in Kent is fully closed over three weekends in February while the old A2 Thong Lane bridge is demolished.
The bridge will be safely taken down over three 18-hour weekend closures of the A2 between the Tollgate and Cobham junctions on the 09 February, 16 February and 23 February. In each case the road will close at 9pm on Saturday evening and reopen at 3pm the following day.
There will be fully signed diversion routes in place directing trunk road traffic to the M20, as well as separate diversions for local traffic.

Better route for most (from Medway) is probably over Bluebell Hill then pick up the M20 towards the Queen Mary Hospital roundabout (Sidcup Bypass), then head towards SRFC via Sidcup turn centre, about 1 - 1.5 miles away from the roundabout.
If you get lost...don't blame me...take a look at Multimap, viz.
