I was a student at William Woods in Fulton a couple of years ago and when I went there me and a friend got board one day and decided to look up haunted locations in the area and found Dark Hollow Road. We drove out there during the day and Myself and my friend felt very uneasy. She was driving and there was a point when she was making a slight turn and she started sliding now this was odd because we were only going about five miles per hour. Later that night we decided to go back out there with a couple more friends and just past the creek bed on the road appeared to be smoke like figures crossing the street. I figured it to be dust from a car that might have been ahead of us but it was going across the street right past the front of the car. We then decided to get out on the drive back from Hamm's Praire and I felt drawn to the creek it was just strange. I would like to know if anyone knows the history of this road and why it may be haunted?
