Hi again to all patrons and sponsors and to all who have expressed interest in having the book reproduced.

The good news is that I have managed to get a small price reduction from the printers so the book will cost US$35.00 or its equivalent. The book is now with the printers and will hopefully be ready in 3 weeks.
For those who are on the patrons list add an extra $20.00.Postage and packing comes to $8.00.
So total cost is $43.00 or $63.00.
Please give your full postal address.
Can you please forward payment soon to myself at the address below.
I would appreciate if payment could be made by personal check, as it is less cumbersome than credit cards.
