delivery date for new MacNamara book

I have been given a delivery date of Thursday May 12th for the new book from the printers, so I will begin dispatch as the books arrive next week. Many thanks to all who have supported the project, and also many thanks to all who have forwarded payments in the last few weeks. Any outstanding payments should be made this week to prevent any delay in the delivery of the book.
