I dont think that answers it.
The deck is at the gunnel. So the deck is about 1 foot above the bottom of the cabin. I am trying to figure out if I should bond the bottom of the cabin
to the hull as well ?

So If I am under the boat looking up. I see the cabin bottom and hull seperated by say 1 foot. If you look up in that divide you see the deck (what is shown in the picture you posted). So another way of stateing the questions is. If I am looking at the bottom of the cabin should I see a continuous run of wood to the hulls ?

Thanks
Charlie

: It looks to me as if the area below the beam is solid and above the beam is open. You climb over the beams to go forward. I think the answer is to leave it open. Perhaps I misunderstood your question in the first place.

: I have tried to include an image off Richard's website.
