Jim,
I considered this for our project when reading about the work that was done on the Lightwave Gypsy. Then I remembered that when sailing on Richard's Eclipse for about 500 miles, a wave may have hit the bridge two or three times in the entire two week trip. Most of the sailing was downwind or a broad reach. This is what I know. Mark
