FWIW... I have had problems wetting out completely using biaxial cloth from Raka. It appeared there was likely an issue when the sizing was applied to the cloth, because it happened at regular intervals as I went through the roll. I called and left a phone message to let them know I had an issue, but never got a response.
Also, I switched quite a while ago to Progressive Epoxy Polymers No Blush, with very acceptable working properties, you can tailor the cure time by mixing together different speed hardeners they have. No real experince yet with durability, but basic impact and delam tests looked fine.
