Hi all busy doing costing of a skua in foam/glass/epoxy and was wondering if it is better from a strength point of view to have a single layer of bi-ax fabric or 2 layers. Specs i have are for 800g/m2 inside and outside and from a cost point of view it is cheaper to do one single layer of 800g fabric per side but I,m not sure if that will be strong enough and are there implictions as to the workability of fabric that thick? I ask about the workability as i had a bit of a hard time with the 450g fabric on my quattro 16 down the internal keel lay up. any help would be welcome. Thanks Jason
