Wood for Quattro 16

I live on Guernsey in the Channel Islands and am finding it difficult to find the wood required for my Quattro 16. I can order the Ply in but can only get Pine 9Don't know what type it is) from the only local wood supplier.

Can anyone tell me if this would be ok to use if I can find any without any knotts?, Thanks
