Thanks Brad
That is what I figured.

: Jim, On Bombay Duck, I had the anchor and anchor rode off the netting beam in front with the rode going over the netting. I would not anchor directly from the cabin beam as the movement of the boat at anchor will drag the rode on the hull below the waterline and wear off your bottom paint. Also, much harder to rig a bridle system from the cabin beam.

: : I am getting ready to add the forward anchor beam to my Gypsy. I was wondering how people set up there anchoring system.

: : Should I run the anchor line under the netting or above thru some sort of bow roller bolted to the forward netting beam ?

: : Or should I just run the anchor directly to the water from the cabin beam as if I had not forward netting beam ?

: : I am currently thinking to run the anchor rode over the netting thru a U bolt in the forward netting beam and rest then to the water for anchoring. (or perhaps a bow roller )

: : Having never had a cat this big I am not sure what is best.
