It seems that there are a lot of players complacent about where we stand, as a team and with our playoff spot. Like I mentioned a few weeks ago, if you're happy with making the playoffs, then fine, let us all just show up on Saturdays. If you plan on getting far and going all the way in the playoffs, then everyone needs to make some sacrifices, especially those players that don't show up on a consistant basis. A majority of players are doing the same things and expect different results. We won't get anywhere without making sacrifices. Expect the same results if you're doing the same things. If you don't want to sacrifice your time, attention and body for practices, then don't expect execution and proficiency on game day. This last game should be a game where we can dot our I's and cross our t's. This last game should be a game where we see all 11 men on the field on the same page, no questions asked. The coaches should be able to fine tune whatever play that needs to be fine tuned.

For those of you that actually make it to practice, be there with the intentions to practice. Just because you're they physically, it doesn't mean you're there mentally and trust me it shows.

STOP BEING COMPLACENT! Let's make some real noise in the playoffs! Let's finally turn that corner and get to where we know we can be. I see a different team from weeks ago when we're all together. We just have to turn that corner and make unusual sacrifices. You all know that the way we use to do things got us nowhere but talking about what we could've done and should've done. Its that time of year where you do things. We, the coaches and the owner has sacrificed a lot, now its time we all sacrifice more than we're use to.

Get your asses to practice, ready to practice. Otherwise, let's just stay home and get ready for next season.

Don't quote me on this but Steve Harvey has a saying and it goes along the lines of this..."There's no secret to success or successful people, success and successful people are ordinary people doing extra things which makes them extradinary. The difference between ordinary and extradinary is the word extra."

Are you ordinary or extradinary? Are your contributions and sacrifices to this team making this team ordinary or extradinary? What are you doing extra?
