Greetings,
I've been praying to God for some help and he sent me to this supportive message board of praise dancers. I have a situation and I would love to hear everyone's opinion on. You see I have been named as a part of a 3 head committee to take over all our dance groups at church in the place of our director who left us back in October. Now that we are going into a new year I seem to be struggling. Struggling with choregraphing and with another member of the committee. Since we've been named a committee this co-member has not pulled her slack. It was brought to her attention and that of our Pastors. She told us that she would do better. My co-member is that one person that doesnt seem to be on board for alot of things involving the ministry. Shes always makes it a struggle when we even try to meet together & in supportting the ministry as a wholeand and try to build the ministry up. I've been prayer to God for peace & wisdom to deal with her and this situation. I feel that this whole situation is really hindering my praise and is the cause of my hindrance of my creavtive process of being able to come up with dances. Can anybody give me any insite and/or guidance in how to deal with this and also any sources(websites, books or dvd/videos) to help with my creative choreography slump.
