Stay in prayer. Have you spoken to her yourself one on one? People don't always communicate others fellings or thoughts correctly. It's their interpretation of what they heard. If not perhaps you should. Maybe she really does not want to be a part of the minisitery any longer and does not know how to say it, so she's non compliant. Talk to her perhaps she really does not know how to express herself or really know what to do. Effective communication is always best. People have all sorts of reason for doing the things they do that have nothing to do with us. The other side is as much as we don't like to admit we can't make people do things they do not want to do. As far as choregraphing pray on it. Listen to the music with your heart, close your eyes and start moving it will come. Listen to the song or songs you want to minister to in your car, at home, at work so you can live it, fell it and breath it. One more thing when I was having trouble with one song another praise dancer told me simply maybe that song is not the one for me to minister to at that time, she was correct. Perhaps, that's true for you as well. Is that song or songs really the song/songs you should be ministering to at this time?
