: I am over our youth dance team and our church just hired youth pastors. Until now, the youth dance team has fallen under the adult dance team which fell within the worship department. The new youth pastors feel that it should now be placed in the youth department.
: I'm interested in knowing how other churches with multiple dance teams of different ages are structured. Have you had any problems or issues because of your current structure?

We have three groups of Dancers which all fall under our DAD's Ministry (Drama And Dance). I am the Director and serving with me is an Adult Leader who lead the Adults, A youth Leader (17 years old) and a children’s Leader (12 years old).
The Youth Director and I communicate often to make sure there isn’t any scheduling conflicts.
