You said the P word...lol...lol...that is that word that makes everyone crazy around us...lol...along with Deidra's comments I would say that if you are dealing with teens you want to emphasize ministry over performance...the avg. teen is into performance...that is why they have a problem with facial expressions...they are to aware of their surroundings...and what their friends will say(some of us adults still deal with that)...I would also encourage you to let them see other teams that are good ministers it will give them a visual and a reason to challenge themselves.
