I am actually in agreement with Ash, however, I am going to take a different approach on the matter.

As a leader trying to work the vision that God has given, sometimes we make decisions that everyone is not going to be in agreement with. Sometimes it will be a bad decision and other times it will be the best thing that we can come up with for the moment. For a leader to make this kind of decision, i wonder if she has exausted other options in her mind already. Has she already laid before the Lord and asked Him His thoughts. These are things that you will not know unless she decides to reveal them to you.

Fundraisers can be a joke if is hard to sell items or you cant rely on the people to follow through.

Dues dont work because people dont always pay in a timely manner and when you need uniforms or accessories and the leader asks you to come out of your pocket...this can cause tension.

The leader always has alot to think about and the teams job, especially when they are not in agreement is to pray and ask God to help the leader make the right decisions for the team.

Then your job is to have peace and trust God to make a way because if nobody can get a prayer through you can so the team is not alone...AMEN

I may have a couple of questions later but I am at work and I have to go...God Bless and continue to support your leader. Also, you may want to ask her to ask for a donation instead of a set fee...that works a little better
