Thank you for that response. The business side of ministry is still a mystery for some teams. It is not a bad thing, however, it can cause confusion when decisions are made that everyone is not in agreement with.
I think that it is the consensus that the gift should never be for sale however, the leader has to find away to make the vision work and again if they make the wrong decision, God is God enough to reel them back in.
Here is a question that I wanted to asked based on the origional letter.
Who does your leader answer to for spiritual advice? Is there a covering for the ministry? This is a community dance ministry which places you outside of church coverings. This helps keep a leader sane...lol...believe me, there is wisdom and safety in having a covering.
