: Thank you so much I really appreciate your time and comment it means alot to me just to hear from my sisters in Christ..one day My supervisor asked me what did it feel like and I explained to him as far as my bones you know how you workout so hard and the next day you are so sore and can barely move well thats how I feel 80% of the time but God is taking me through a healing process so I don't complain, I am in the Army on limited duty but I still do it all we ruck 6 miles a week and run 4-6 miles a day I push myself i don't always finish with the company but I finish because I know I serve a living God, And through Him I can do all things. I'm under construction and I won't complain To God Be all the Glory.
