This is Susan the leader of the Divine Ministry Dance Team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. First I must say I am looking forward to your symposium in January. Well I was sending a message because I am having a problem with my dance team and I am really looking for advice about how to handle this situation.
A group of my members went out partying, got high, and drunk. They show up to practice the next day the same way they left the club. One of them came up to me and told me what happen. I don't know what I should do. Do you have any suggestions?
