I have several questions. Have you been through this situation somewhat before because you said you had a lot to say about it. How did you handle the situation for your team? And what was the vision you had set for your team? Does your team know the vision you have set? I know I remind Divine alot about the vision for the team and I have set rules in place so rules won't be made up at every time I think of something. It's already there to remind even me. I have so many questions because I don't want to make a mistake to turn them away.
