I have so many questions. So have you been through something similar to this with your team? How did you handle the situation? What was the vision for you team? Does the members know the vision for the team? I wanted to know your vision so I can have a better understanding to how you handle your situation. Why did you make the decision that was made? I wanted to know so I can know about what I should do and handle the situation because I don't want to push these guys away. Also was there rules set as far as how to handle the situation if it comes up? I just wanted to know so I can be more in knowledge about what I should do. I don't want to push them away nor do I want them to turn completely away from church and the help they need. I have so many questions. And thank you for your advice.
