David, the youngest brother of my friend Pascale, is in advanced state of cancer in the brain and is in lots of pain and discomfort. He just returned from a stay in France with his wife Nathalie and his 2 kids, Victoire and Guillaume and hospice care has been started at home. His father Paul who lost his wife to cancer a few years ago, is besides himself with grief and powerlessness.
