: Iam trying to find out information on Caleb Emerson surgeon in the Royal Navy in the early to mid 1800's he was in Liverpool Stranrear and Dublin between 1818 and 1827 but nothing else. He was deceased sometime before his wife drew up her will in 1849, it is in this will that she states that she was a relic of the late Caleb Emerson surgeon royal navy : any information would be gratefully received as I have been trying to find him for over 10 years and I am getting really frustrated. If I can find info on Caleb it may lead to my family's origins : thanks kind regards : Lynne
