I think he misspelled the name - it was probably SIALKOT.

This was a 308 ton trawler built at Beverley in 1912 and taken over by the Navy in 1914,armed with a 12 pdr gun and initially used as a boom defence vessel, later as a minesweeper. She was returned to her owners in 1919
