Those killed were:

BREHOUT, Ronald T V, Able Seaman
COLE, John C, Lieutenant Commander
FORD, Frank C, Able Seaman
GUINNESS, Patrick R C,Sub-Lieutenant
HARRIS, Arthur N, Leading Telegraphist
NALDER, Hugh H, Ty/Act/Sub Lieutenant (A), RNVR
SMITH, Boaz, Stoker 1c
THORPE, Parker, Able Seaman

Can't help with those that survived.

P R C Guinness I can only give an outline, gained from the Navy Lists -
14 Aug 1936 Naval Cadet (presumably when he entered - at Dartmouth?)

1 January 1937 - Midshipman

1 January 1939 - Sub-Lieutenant

early 1939 - listed as being on a Course, Portsmouth

15 June 1939 - appointed to destroyer VELOX at Chatham

...I have no other info until he appears in the casualty list for MTB.41.

MTB.41 belonged to the 5th MTB Flotilla which was then being formed at Dover; it was the senior officer's boat until lost
