Very interesting. Thanks, Nancy. Actually, he had an ERCP with sphincterotomy in 1987 and his present doctor noted this when he did the ERCP a couple of years ago. His doctor admittdely doesn't know what to do right now and really didn't recommend the sphincterotomy but said "if you would like to do this?" I countered with "why not do an MRCP first?" and now I think he's looking at that option.
