LOL, I always seem to be the exception when it comes to pancreatitis and food. I can tolerate more fat than most, although too much will cause me pain. And I can not eat beef at all. But spices and chinese food don't bother me at all. If chinese doesn't bother me then I have to assume MSG doesn't either. I'm glad. I love chinese.
