Hi everyone. It's been a really long time since I've posted, ut seems like the summer months flew by. I've had a lot of health problems since I've been here. I had surgery in May, trying to solve the nausea/vomiting cycles. They did a roux-en-y and cleaned up as many adhesions as they could. Unfortunately my nausea and vomiting only became worse. My incision had also burst open, so it took about 3 months of packing to get it closed.
I've lost about 60 pounds since the surgery also. *although, I definitely needed to lose it*
I can't seem to figure out a way to get rid of the nausea.
Now I am starting with something else new. My feet get extrememly swollen. The left much more than the right. I've never had this problem before. My doc tried some lasix, but i still swell up. My blood pressure isn't high, it's actually been low. Back in August my daughter (5 years old) found me unconcious and not breathing. Luckily she was able to get help for me and things turned out ok. I was in the hospital for quite a while, in the ER they were freaking out because my blood pressure was only 57/50 and my pulse was in the 140's. So they had me pretty much standing on my head for 2 hours. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone?
It obviously can't be my pancreas, as I've had the TP/ICT...
Hope this finds everyone doing well!
*hugs*
