Further to my info further down, if you google hepaticojejunostomy lots of websites come up from med centres all round the world as it is now quiet a common procedure. But the picture is quiet good.
I actually find it really interesting that this doc has found out that you had biliary problems causing the everyday pain--basically we have both had the same thing but for different reasons and I fel quiet pleased isn' the right word but trying toprove thatyou have pain everyday for biliary resons is quiet difficult even with my background as they would tell you it should come in bouts of pain every now and than rather than everyday without a temperture or high white blood cells--thouh in my case often did have high WBC but no temperture. I am angry that you seem to have been told that this surgery is new when its clearly not but pleased that its helping relieve the pain for you.
