are you getting heat rash from the sweating? if so found a trick in hospital.. after you bathe, dry off well, then put antiperspirant in the places you rash out from sweating. stops it from happening. my gf mother was overweight and bed ridden, and she was getting tissue breakdown even from some of the sweating so this cured it right up.
