My recent Search on this topic was for family members & friends
to assist with issues & to have some tangible coping views for
them to understand & contend with what is occurring in their lives.
So many choices and ways to do & be for each of us... 
I felt someone reading here may benefit... And one Sister who did
read here shared a great site for me to read & share more with others!
