Thankyou for this. I also read in a doreen virtue book that people in atlantis used olive oil to cleanse their hands and bodies spiritually.
Also, lately I've been drinking 2oz shots of wheatgrass about 4 days a week, and I find it's helping my immune system and for me to detox very well. If you google the benefits of wheatgrass you can see for yourself. I get mine at a coop after the gym as I don't want to buy a hugely expensive wheatgrass juicer, nor do I have time to grow my my own.
