Strawberries and Raspberries in Red Wine
(makes 4 servings)
3 cups (448 g) sliced fresh strawberries
2 cups (290 g) fresh raspberries
6 tablespoons (90 ml) red wine
2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
ground cinnamon
In a medium bowl, lightly toss the strawberries and raspberries with the red wine and lemon juice.
Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon and divide into 4 dessert bowls. Chill until ready to serve.
