Willie H. “Woodie” Liston a resident of Henryetta passed away on April 16, 2008 in Henryetta, Ok at the age of 104. Born February 22, 1904 in Vian, OK which was Indian Territory to Haywood and Lela (Hefton) Liston. Woody work for the Smelter for 40 years retiring in 1969 and also farmed and ranched. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 70 years. He married Anna Mae Bardin on October 1, 1926 in Spelter City, Ok. Anna preceded him in death on December 7, 1976. His second wife Katie Berry passed away in February of 1990, also 2 sisters; Mary Walters and Ethel Mae Shore and three brothers; Jack, Ray and Dan Liston.

Services will 10:00am, Monday, April 21, 2008 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ron Black officiating. Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Greg Upshaw, Dylan Upshaw, Chance Upshaw, Dee Tabor, Bob Barnett, Tom Bardin, Jim Bardin and Dale Dickey. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Members of the Masonic Lodge.
