Ruth Miller a resident of Henryetta passed away on April 29, 2008 in Henryetta,Ok at the age of 89. Born April 12, 1919 in Paulding Missouri to Clarence Henry Upton and Dora Mae (Strickland) Upton. She was a home maker who loved to paint and was a wonderful cook. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Henryetta and a previous member of the Eastern Star, Rebekahs, Henryetta Band Parents, Trotter Toppers, Henryetta Clover Leaf Crochet Club and a reporter for the Hannah Sunday School Class. She married Bay Earl Miller on July 3, 1930 in Chandler,Ok. She is preceded in death by her parents,her husband, a son; Gary Earl Miller. Three sisters; Roena Gregory, Charlotte Hill, Mary Caiozzo and two brothers Joe Upton and James Upton.

Services will be 10:30 am, Saturday, May 3, 2008 at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Paslay officiating. Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
Visitation for Thursday, May 1, 2008 will be 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday, May 2, 2008 will be 8:00am to 8:00pm
