Teresa Ann Bayens a resident of Henryetta passed away on February 5, 2009 in Sapulpa, Ok at the age of 52. She was born on August 22, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky to Mervin Dean and Norma (Cissell) Burney. Teresa was a homemaker and is preceded in death by her husband David Bayens and her father Mervin Burney.
