Brek Allen Short a resident of Henryetta passed away on July 18, 2009 in Henryetta at the age of 38. Born February 14, 1971 in Henryetta to Jess and Lois (Moore) Short. Brek graduated from Henryetta High School and went to CCI to complete his certification for Heating and Air. He loved to hunt and fish and to be with his family. He married Sherri Callaway on 10-5-1991 in Henryetta and made their home here. He is preceded in death by his father Jess, Grandparents- Lawrence and Mildred Moore, Grandmother-Lula Hannon, Uncles Alfred and Richard Orland Moore, Sister Monica Short and a nephew Kyle Sutton.

Services will be 10:30 Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Glenn Thompson and Brother James Baker, officiating. Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
