Cecil F. Gann a resident of Perkins, Ok passed away on August 27, 2009 in Tulsa, Ok at the age of 72. Born December 25, 1936 in Dustin, Ok to Delbert and Opal (Tweedy) Gann. Cecil married Opal Nichols on October 21, 1972 in Henryetta and they both worked at the Ralph Packing Plant for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents, a step child Randy Smith, Brothers Clint, Johnny and Ivan Gann and a sister Wanda Scroggins.
