Deanna and I graduated from ECU Nursing School and became friends who encouraged each other as we laughed, cried and finally rejoyced after graduating!
I ALWAYS respected her values, her drive, her intelligence and most of all her kindesss. She was a gift to anyone who stepped in her path and I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to have known Deanna.
My prayers will be with her family, as I know this is a tremendous loss. We do have the comfort she is in, "Our Lords Arms" and one day we will meet again.
