Hello,
I am looking for a sibling born 12-3-1962, born in Palm Springs. Delivered by William Balkner at Palm Springs Hospital. Born to Cay and Ray Morgan. His birth name was Thomas Henry Morgan. He is Caucasian and was born a bit premature and was hospitalized for a couple weeks till his lungs matured. he was brought to a Riverside County agency in January 1963 and placed up for adoption. False names of baby and birth parents were given. I know when he was born, were he was given up and that is all. If anyone knows him or how I may further search I welcome the information.
