Make sure you put your DOB search info in the subject line! Please use the month/day/year format example 8/5/71 format so there is better change of a match.
This is important, if someone does a search there are several years in archives and it will be searching for that date!
Remember if you are using the search feature to try the dates in several ways, example 8/5/71 8/05/1971 August 5 1971 ect because you do not have a clue how they did it.

I am searching for my birth parents. I was born 12-20-64 in Cincinnati OH. and placed for adoption through Catholic Charities in Evansville, IN. I know that my birth name on record was Jean Ann Jenson. I know that my birth mohter was 16 years old at time of pregnancy and had one younger sister living in home.
