OK I heard it, and there really isn't much to say. It's very bland and unremarkable. The lyrics are their worst to date but for the most part easy to ignore. There are a lot of sections that stand out for various reasons, but very little of it stuck with me in any way. I'll definitely have to give it some more time to sink in. They really should stop trying to be a metal band though.

One thing is for sure however, this is not one 55 minute song. It is 14 completely different songs that just happen to run into each other. Separating the extra tracks onto a second disk was a stupid idea because they don't sound any different then the rest of the album, and will just make people pay more for it. Heck, if they were mixed into the rest of the albums running order I doubt anyone would realize they didn't belong.

It's nowhere near as bad as I had feared, but it's still their weakest album in a very long time. A 9/15 from me at the moment, but we'll see if further listening wont change that.
