The best of '97 even, and that year has some stiff competition. OK Computer, Mogwai Young Team, Urban Hymns, Perfect From Now On, The Boatman's Call, I Can Hear the Heart Beating as One, Mag Earwhig!, Bad Timing and Time Out of Mind were all released that year!
There's also Either/Or, Zaireeka, and Dots and Loops but I haven't heard 'em so...
And, of course, No More Mr. Nice Guy: In a Metal Mood. Dunno how it beats that one!
