This is important, if someone does a search there are several years in archives and it will be searching for that date!
Remember if you are using the search feature to try the dates in several ways, example 8/5/71 8/05/1971 August 5 1971 ect because you do not have a clue how they did it.

Female adoptee born May 28, 1975 (that's what the short version of my BC says) Olive/medium complexion, dark brown hair and eyes. Was put in foster care from birth to 6months. Birthmother: German/American, 21yrs old at time of my birth, cleaning woman. Birthfather: Puerto Rican, 34yrs old at time of my birth, factory worker. Adopted from a couple living in Huntington, NY, Donald and Anna Sayer. I need medical information. Have a 9yr old son and I would like to be able to pass medical info on to him. Thanks!!
