Remember if you are using the search feature to try the dates in several ways, example 8/5/71 8/05/1971 August 5 1971 ect because you do not have a clue how they did it.

I gave birth to a baby boy at St. Josephs Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in November 1978. Birth name was Perry Gray, He was adopted through Lutheran Social Service. The name of lady who handled my case was Grace, she would visit me at a school call Booth Academy for unwed teen mothers, I was 16 year old when I had him, I was told that I had to give my baby up for adoption which was the hardest and most painful experience in my life, but I never had a choice.
